May? Really? - Planning the Month


I am slow getting going today.  I like to stay in bed a while on Mondays, just because I can.  I use to dislike Mondays.  But it's the first day of a new month and new week and I need to put my plan in place.  

I only lost 1.6 lbs this week.  It was the right direction but there is are plateaus some weeks.  I have to stay the course.
