My Retirement Journey

My first thought goes to Young at Heart as one of the "things" I've been participating in to keep out of trouble. It is a ministry for seniors at my church, Grace Community Church in Auburn WA.  We meet on Thursday mornings.  I have my table group that I have been with over 2 years.  We are finishing our study on John today.  We will be starting studying Romans in 2 weeks.  Next week we have our monthly pot luck.  I will tell you more about Young at Heart and people there as we journey on.  Have a good Thursday!

Loki A lot of life has happened since I last blogged in Spring 2024 went I was sick with Covid... Since then, Brady got his 2nd AA or AS degree, in December 2024 we lost our cat Leon and we adopted Loki, Riley earned his Bachelors degree with high honors, Brady is working towards his Bachelors, Kari is still at the DOL, and I keep working on my Retirement Journey. This week, I began to think about blogging again.  Then, today on Facebook my cousin I saw my cousin posted she's returning to writing and blogging, and later the same day, a woman in one of my groups said she's going to start journalizing.  How many signs do I need?  So, here I am.   I write as I would write in journal,  but to an audience.  I am aware of subjects in blogging, and not boring anyone for too long.  This is my reentry into this blog.  I will post again tomorrow ...
